Please remember that payment is for your complete BOOKING time.  Showing up late or leaving early, not allow for less payment, as this blocks other photographers from booking during that time. Cancellations within 4 hours of your scheduled session or no-shows will incur a $35.00 fee.

To submit a booking request:

First check the availability calendar for an open day and time, then select a service below, choose your date on the calendar, fill out the form and submit.  An Orchard representative will review your form, ensure the date you are requesting is open and email a verification back to you. If the date is truly not open we will give you options for other open days and times.

Please note: Filling out a booking request is not a confirmed appointment.  Please do not confirm with your clients until you receive a confirmation back from us.
